The website runs on Vercel. Enquiries are stored in a private Neon PostgreSQL database in Frankfurt. Our hosting providers may process request data to operate and secure the service. Enquiries are accessible only through authorized administrative access; they are never displayed publicly.

Security and retention

We store a one-way security identifier derived from your network address to limit automated submissions. We retain enquiry information while it is needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship. Please do not include passwords or sensitive personal information in your message.

Your choices

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your enquiry, or withdraw your permission to be contacted, through the contact form. Include “Privacy request” in your message and use the email address associated with your original enquiry.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Essential request logs may be processed by our hosting providers for security and reliability.
